I filmed my first wedding as a 17 year old senior still in high school and it was quite the learning experience. The day was kind of a blur and I didn't feel like I remembered a lot about the wedding right after it was over because I was so anxious. Once I got home and looked at my footage I captured, that's when it all started coming back to me and I remembered just how much fun it was to be a part of the wedding! That moment is what made me realize why it is so valuable to have someone there to film your special events. There are far too many awesome memories and precious moments that are created throughout the course of a wedding day to remember every little detail. By having someone who can capture each memory of your special day, you are able to relive every moment of your wedding through a film that tells a story rather than just remembering bits and pieces. For me it's all about capturing the memory with my camera, and telling a story through the edit. No two weddings are the same, so it's important to capture every little detail. I strive to capture a unique perspective and tell a new story for every couple who puts the trust in me to create a cinematic film that will last a lifetime.

 

With each event I shoot, I see it as an opportunity for growth within myself to improve on my filmmaking and build stronger relationships with new clients. I can always ensure that no two videos are the same, meaning yours will be unique to you and your special day. I love to incorporate as many ideas from my clients' vision as possible. After all, that's what ultimately makes your wedding film special and stand out from the rest.
